The team at Barnard Marcus Surbiton all worked really hard to sell our flat. It was a tough market with lots of competition but the team kept working their contacts and we sold through Barnard Marcus after a few months hard work. Excellent Lettings department. I dealt with William and Elliot. I was very impressed with both of them. They were both very helpful and accessible. I was very pleased with their manner and approach. They seemed genuinely wishing to help. They went above and beyond what the other agents did for me, as I also had my property advertised with other agents too. There also appears to be good team work between the staff.

Dale was a breath of fresh air amongst estate agents! He is straight down the line. No messing around. Extremely accommodating and looking to place the right buyers with the right sort of vendors.
