When looking to sell my family home of 30 years I went to a number of estate agents, I decided to go with Barnard Marcus as I felt Gareth came across the most professional and my decision was helped by seeing all the positive reviews they had on them. I can honestly say they did not disappoint! Gareth in particular did a fantastic job whilst we were negotiating with a very difficult buyer, but as a team, they kept me informed from start to finish and I had the full support I needed from them.

There was probably a bit of luck in them finding me a cash buyer in the first week but they showed their professionalism in their negotiations with the buyer throughout the sales process and I was particularly impressed by the support provided by Julie Liles in very actively progressing the sales process. I have bought and sold 6 houses of my own not counting the support provided to my daughters and this was the best service that I have received from an estate agent.

James Barnard who looked after me and my property went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my experience of selling my home was as smooth as possible. He responded to my phone calls and enquiries very quickly and kept me up to date regularly. Great experience with James at Barnard Marcus Redhill. Always on the end of the phone & email when I needed him & really accommodating when I sprung a last minute viewing I needed to do with a builder on him, James went out of his way to make it happen even though I suspect it wasn't very convenient, being such short notice.
