I rarely write reviews as I just click on the stars rating but after the help I received from Barnard Marcus's Miss Marina Nguyen I had to write one as she went above and beyond to help me with my mortgage. Sophie initially contacted us when we were already marketing our property with another letting agent. She asked if she could maintain contact should the letting of the property prove unsuccessful, which it did. Sophie was able to find us new tenants almost immediately and gave continued updates until contract agreements were signed. She has a most pleasant attitude and a ‘can do’ attitude which was most assuring in these matters
