The sensitive nature of our sale was managed delicately and with kind consideration. Geoff and Bramley went over and above to be of assistance because we live a long distance from East Sheen. With Barnard Marcus, what I most appreciated was a direct & genuinely friendly approach coupled with an unusual but greatly appreciated candour when it came to explaining key decisions & the potential repercussions (particularly for someone like myself who is relatively new to the process & appreciates frankness). After two years and almost 50 property viewings, my wife and I found the near dream house being marketed by Barnard Marcus. This led to contact and viewings with estate agent Sharpin Miah. In what can be a difficult house buying process, with many twists and turns, Mr Miah was always very responsive, extremely polite and professional. Most importantly, he quickly grasped what was a (rather picky!) brief and did not waste time putting inappropriate properties in front of us.
