Barnard Marcus at Dorking. The manager Marc is a a good communicator, very attentive, and is on top of every stage of the sale.

From the valuation right to the sale of our property the team from the Dorking branch where extremely helpful, cooperative and friendly. Marc the branch manager discussed a well planned marketing campaign and delivered on all aspects of it. The whole team at the branch were always willing to answer questions throughout the sale. A great all round top service from a very happy family.

Marc took us to the house and showed us other comparison properties in the area. We have recently completed on the property and picked up the keys. Both Marc and Daniel have been a pleasure to deal with, from negotiating an offer through to communicating with solictitors and the rest of the chain. They have a professional approach and are polite and prompt with their response to calls and emails. We recently purchased a house through our local Barnard Marcus office in Dorking. Unlike the other agents in the town, Daniel went out his way to do mail drops in targeted roads that we wanted to live in. When we were unable to find a property in the preferred areas, he suggested another house with scope for improvement. This was not in our number one location, but we were immediately drawn to the peaceful surroundings and the potential and the size of the property.

I just recently sold my house through your Dorking branch and dealt with Dan and Mark impaticular, the initial feedback from the viewings was outstanding, then from the point of sale to completion the communication was outstanding, I was informed by Mark on regular updates on the process, including him more or less doing the job of the sellers to me at Cubitt and West in Horley, he also contacted various different solicitors within the chain to progress things, the whole experience has been easy
