We bought our house through Allen & Harris Didcot. Millie, Lisa and the team there where great and supported us through the entire purchase. There were cases where communication among solicitors were failing us and Lisa made lots of efforts to ensure information was flowing to us and to the sellers and helped make the purchase a success. Millie went above and beyond from the very beginning to make sure we got a house we were happy to call home. It felt like she was genuinely invested in making sure we find the right place. We also used the services of Olivia Sword, the Mortgage Advisor there. The mortgage services do cost a small fee but it was immediately clear that it was worth it. Olivia was on-point with the entire process, with all the knowledge she has and her general proactiveness.
