The staff at Barnard Marcus responded quickly to a request to view a property that had recently been released back onto the market and were able to execute the viewing in a short time. The subsequent contract required a bit of work to satisfy both parties and again the staff at Barnard Marcus responded quickly to requests and overcame some initial logistical difficulties in completing the paperwork. Barnard Marcus did a good job on following up my initial enquiry over several months to eventually market the property as a dual agent. Friendly and helpful, they were willing to help in any way they could. Finding a tenant and asking them to pay a holding deposit before they had asked whether I'd accept the offer seemed strange, but they worked hard to secure the tenant and get the tenancy agreement signed in minimal time
