Claire McCusker joined William H Brown in 2011 as Branch Manager and was promoted to Branch Partner in 2013. Claire is now a Board of Management Partner as a result of pushing and contributing towards branch record profits like never before. Claire who has lived in Worksop all her life has over 24 years experience within the industry and sees her success down to having knowledge of the local area and prides herself in customer service.

Residential Sales Manager
Laura has worked for William H Brown for nearly 10 years. She joined the company as an Administrator, and after only two months was promoted to Sales Negotiator due to her hardworking persona and positive attitude. Laura has recently been promoted to Residential Sales Manager following continued success within her discipline.

Truly Richardson
Senior Lister
Truly joined us here at the Worksop branch after originally starting out as an Administrator in our Bawtry branch. Truly first joined the company back in 2011 and over the years has had experience as a Sales Negotiator, then qualified as a Lister. She also has managerial experience and prides herself on being supportive, caring, helpful and as efficient as possible in her role. Truly has recently been promoted to Senior Lister after an exceptional 2022 & 2023.

Senior Mortgage Services Consultant
Sally Nashir CMAP CeFA is one of our in house mortgage advisors and Help To Find specialist who has many years experience within this sector working for large high street banks and building societies. Sally is able to source a mortgage using a variety of lenders on our panel as well as arranging insurances. She will also financially qualify all offers ensuring buyers are in the best position to proceed with a purchase giving our vendors peace of mind.

Melissa first joined the William H Brown business at our Bawtry office in 2017, and was soon promoted to Lettings Manager in our busy Worksop office. Having won a number of awards and excelling targets, Melissa has recently been promoted to Senior Lettings Manager.

Sarah has over 20 years experience in the Estate Agency business and therefore has a wide knowledge of the industry. Her friendly, personal approach means she is a welcomed member of the team. Sarah has recently been promoted to Senior Lettings Listing Manager.

Senior Lettings Negotiator
Lewis joined the Lettings team in 2021 with a title of Trainee Lettings Negotiator and was soon promoted to Lettings Negotiator after excelling in his exams. He is a positive and valued member of the team and has since been promoted to Senior Lettings Negotiator.

Kennedy Smails
Negotiator
Kennedy joined the business in 2020 as our sales apprentice, she was soon promoted to Sales Negotiator and contributed to an office pb in sales in 2022. She briefly left the business and went into high street banking but missed us that much returned after a few months and is now one of our most important members of the team as office administrator / compliance auditor.

Ben Spink is the best morgage consultant Ive ever seen.

I saw Ben Spink for my morgage advice, Ben is very professional at his job! I was a bit nervous to start with, but Ben put me at ease straight away. Ben explains things so easily, he also says if you don’t understand something stop me at any time for me to explain again.
When I was asking Ben questions he answered them all with ease. Ben said it’s not just the morgage side, if you need any help at all to do with my moving just get in touch with me, which I have and Ben has answered and helped with any questions Ive gone to him with.
Ben has always answered my calls if not straight away, as soon as he has finished with meetings and appointments, always on the same day.
I would recommend Ben to anyone, he is always approachable with a smile on his face.
And so knowledgeable.
Ben deserves to do well in any career path he takes, I even said to him he’d be good teaching children, because he has such an approachable face.
I couldn’t have chosen anyone better than Ben.
With Bens qualities I really hope he achieves everything in life he deserves.
And to any Manager or anybody that would want someone on their team it’s got to be Ben!
