Overall good experience

Overall we had a good experience. We found a new mortgage deal that had everything we wanted and was a better rate than those we found when looking for ourselves. I did drop one star though - when it came down to protective cover (eg life insurance etc) we were initially offered one that was 4x the amount we had said we were comfortable paying. This was incredibly off-putting and it soured the experience a bit.
