Service from the Swaffham team albeit a longish sale period 11 months (not their fault) worked out very well Nick Sparkes bang on with valuation and Emily Wall was quiet simply superb during the sales negotiation phase of my recent house sale. Emily simply went the extra mile to complete the sale !
