Branch Manager
Born & raised in the local area but having worked in many areas across Suffolk, Essex & London in different fields, the Norfolk coastline always beckoned for our Branch Manager Pete. Having joined from our market leading office in Brandon where he prided himself in property listing, he took the reins at the Hunstanton branch to join the already strong team. In his spare time you'll find him out on the cricket pitch, his second full time job! Just don't ask him about it, you'll be there all day!

Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led Sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Helpful and efficient service!

Very helpful staff who obviously know the local market well and were able to offer advice. Everything clearly explained and the whole process of selling my property went smoothly.
The solicitors they recommended provided an excellent service. I would definitely recommend William H Brown estate agents .

The mortgage service from Terri we received was very good. She had plenty of information and was on hand when and if we needed her at any time. Terri got our application sorted quickly. I do feel at times it was very much like a sales pitch with trying to sell other products that we didn't want or require at the time.
Overall I would still very much recommend.
