Our Corporate Business division was established in Blackpool in 1988 to meet the growing demands of mortgage lenders. Relocated in January 2005 to Leighton Buzzard to combine its strength with the Connells Group division, it is now the UK's leading asset manager.

Our Corporate Business division meets the demands of our varied client base, including banks, building societies, investment companies, housing associations, property companies, national and regional builders. We provide a first class total management service for repossessions, business expansion scheme disposals, part exchanges and a range of other property sales.
Flexible Approach
We balance your needs with the current market conditions when recommending the most suitable method of sale whether it is private treaty, auction or tender. Our surveyor will provide recommendations and summary report once valuations/appraisals are received.
Our computer database of over 4,000 agents and Client Account Managers and Field Agents will monitor performance and ensure standards are being met. A monthly report will provide you with all the information you need from viewings, inspections and advertising to offers, fall throughs and comments from the agent.
