Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring all staff effectively and efficiently undertakes all procedures and that all activities are undertaken in line with all relevant statutory regulations and legislation affecting the estate agency and mortgage service business.
- Adopt a positive and motivational approach to engender a culture of professional behaviour and customer care at all times.
- Develop and implement a business plan to optimise every business opportunity and actively generate revenue for the company through the sale of second hand homes, new homes, conveyancing and mortgage related products.

Skills Required
|
- You will have a proven track record in sales and have a good conversion rate of market appraisals to instructions.
- Be able to demonstrate a competitive instinct and be able to work under pressure, within a target-orientated environment.
- Experience of leading and developing a team is desirable.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to offer a high standard of customer service.
- Be computer liberate and have the ability to organise yourself and others.
- You must have a full and preferably clean, driving licence.
