Mortgage Services Sales Manager - Suffolk/Essex Area


Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake training and development of Consultants via attendance on formal courses and on-the-job coaching on an ongoing basis
  • As prescribed within the companies Training and Competency scheme and retain evidence of activity on MSCs Development files
  • Deal with any management and/or staff issues as and when they arise
  • Deal with any management and/or staff issues as and when they arise
  • Ensure product conversion rates are achieved on the fully protected mortgage
  • Undertake appraisals/performance reviews on a monthly basis and ensure all actions agreed are followed up
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with: Other MS Development Directors/Partners/Managers, Residential management and sales teams, Mortgage Business Unit, Group MS Training Department, Compliance Department

Skills Required

  • Previous experience within a sales and/or mortgage services environment is essential
  • Numerate and detail conscious
  • Computer literate with keyboard familiarity.
  • High standard of customer service.
  • Organised, self motivated and a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a target orientated environment.
  • Driving licence/car owner.
