Mortgage Services Sales Manager - Suffolk/Essex Area
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake training and development of Consultants via attendance on formal courses and on-the-job coaching on an ongoing basis
- As prescribed within the companies Training and Competency scheme and retain evidence of activity on MSCs Development files
- Deal with any management and/or staff issues as and when they arise
- Deal with any management and/or staff issues as and when they arise
- Ensure product conversion rates are achieved on the fully protected mortgage
- Undertake appraisals/performance reviews on a monthly basis and ensure all actions agreed are followed up
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with: Other MS Development Directors/Partners/Managers, Residential management and sales teams, Mortgage Business Unit, Group MS Training Department, Compliance Department
Skills Required
- Previous experience within a sales and/or mortgage services environment is essential
- Numerate and detail conscious
- Computer literate with keyboard familiarity.
- High standard of customer service.
- Organised, self motivated and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in a target orientated environment.
- Driving licence/car owner.
