Negotiator - Sales Executive, North London


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers, which is in line with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Aim to exceed the standards of performance and targets set, optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations/sales, mortgage, Parador and SHC introductions.
  • Provide support to other members of the team at all times.

Skills Required

  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer care/service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Highly accurate, numerate, well organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment.
  • Work both as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with the knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office, the Internet and email systems.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
