Branch Manager/Residential Sales Manager - North London


 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Run a profitable, well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service, which is in line with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Encourage all staff to aim to exceed the standards of performance and targets set, optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations/sales, mortgages and SHC introductions.
  • Ensure the recruitment of appropriately qualified staff, that full training and support is provided during their employment and that any issues are immediately dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner.

Skills Required

  • Previous sales and management experience essential.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • Highly accurate, numerate, well organised and be able to work under pressure with a target orientated environment.
  • Ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate with the knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office, Internet and email systems.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
